Ingedata have been a great, effective partner and I’m glad we decided to work with them. Giving access to very specific expertise

Ingedata’s clients from the Health sector used to have difficulties in improving an annotation process that relies on specialist partners who annotate data on the side of their job.  

Ingedata access pools of specialized doctors, general practicioners, nurses and medical students to annotate health images with various levels of complexity. Available workflows such as consensus allow productivity while ensuring tight quality control and data security.

Quality requirements

You just cannot mess with Health data. Every Health project at Ingedata is subject to rigorous testing and Client validation to confirm feasibility. 

Our annotators bring the adequate level of expertise for the project, from medical student to qualified doctor. They are also trained and tested by a specialized radiologist prior to launching production. 

Finally, the use of consensus can bring the last layer of quality control. It ensures that several specialists converge on the same annotations prior to delivering them to the client.

Labeling tool 

Depending on data format, Ingedata are able to use their own annotation tool or a specialized third party tool to process data. DICOM and NIFTI data can be annotated layer by layer to generate 2D or 3D segmentations. 

When available, textual comments from radiologists are added as a guide to produce the annotations.
